01 / Principles

Four principles.

01 /

Human

Write like a person talking to a business owner. Short sentences, plain words, no buzzwords.

02 /

Confident

State a clear point of view and the reason for it. Avoid hedging every sentence.

03 /

Concise

Say it once. Cut filler, repeated ideas and empty adjectives.

04 /

Evidence before claims

Only state results, clients, credentials or numbers that can be verified. Say “not available” rather than guess.

02 / In practice

Do and don’t.

01 /

Do: name the business problem

“Leads are rising but sales conversations are not.”

02 /

Don’t: promise outcomes

Never “guaranteed rankings”, “10x growth” or fixed timelines.

03 /

Do: point to a next step

End with a useful action: the enquiry form, a related page or a question to consider.

04 /

Don’t: use agency clichés

Avoid “synergy”, “game-changing”, “world-class” and “cutting-edge”.

03 / Language

Vocabulary and format.

01 /

Preferred

Qualified enquiries, connected growth, clear priorities, measurement, decisions.

02 /

Formatting

Sentence-case headings, short paragraphs, lists for steps, British/Indian English spelling (optimisation).

03 /

Positioning line

Senior Digital Marketing Manager & Growth Strategist, based in Hyderabad, India.

04 /

Disciplines

Strategy. Acquisition. Technology. Growth.

A connected next step

Let’s build something
that grows.

Start with the business challenge. Connect the thinking with the next action.
