What is collected

When you send the contact form, the details you enter are collected: your name, email address, and optionally phone, company, topic and message.

Why it is used

Only to read and reply to your enquiry. Your details are not sold or used for unrelated marketing.

How it is stored

Enquiries are saved in a private database that only the site owner can access after signing in. They are kept for as long as needed to handle your enquiry, unless you ask for them to be deleted.

Analytics and cookies

The site may use Google Analytics to understand visits in aggregate. If enabled, Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser. You can block cookies in your browser settings.

Third parties

The site is hosted on a cloud platform that stores the enquiry data. Google may process analytics data if analytics is enabled. The on-site assistant sends your chat messages to an AI service to produce replies; do not share sensitive information in the chat.
